  If I could give then a negative rating I would. Had our taxes for over a month. Refused to return our phone calls for over a week. Then when we finally got them back they never were even submitted them to the IRS like they said they would. Will never use these people again!!!!! What did we pay $150 for exactly?! What a joke! Just use h&r block online. Half the price and it'll take you maybe an hour.
